Perfume Guesser (perfumeguesser.app) is a free guessing game about perfumes, run as a private project.

The game is available without signing in. An account is optional and serves to keep your progress across devices.

The following is not permitted:

• automated querying of the service to an extent that impairs its operation
• circumventing the game mechanics in order to distort the leaderboard
• entering display names that are offensive, unlawful or misleading
• systematically extracting the database

In case of violations we may block individual accounts or remove display names.

Information about notes, accords and release years was compiled to the best of our knowledge and may contain errors. It is meant for a game, not as a reference work.

All brand and product names belong to their respective owners. There is no business relationship with the manufacturers.

There is no entitlement to continuous availability. The service may be changed, restricted or discontinued at any time.

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is excluded as far as legally permitted.

You may request at any time that we delete your account and the associated game data. A message to the address in the legal notice is enough.

We may adjust these terms when the service changes. The version published here applies.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
